Course Description |
Scouts learn about archery at the Iron Hill Science Center. This merit badge will help with the requirements for the Venturing Ranger Award and the Venturing Shooting Sports Outstanding Achievement Award. |
Who can participate? |
Current members of the Boy Scouts of America. Registration limited to 8 scouts. |

Cost | Program fee of $15.00 per scout - non-refundable |
Helpful Preparation | Scouts should mail a bluecard signed by Scoutmaster to the registrar. Scouts should read the following:
1) Archery Merit Badge pamphlet, 2023 edition. 2) Printed workbook of the Archery workbook - 2024 Edition. If requirements #2d1 or 2 and #3c were completed with a different counselor, please bring your completed bluecard record as proof to receive credit for the requirement. |

Online Registration | Registration Closed |
Arrival | Plan to arrive 10 minutes early, late arrivals disrupt the workshop. |
Attire | Scouts will be indoors and outdoors and should wear suitable clothes. |
Parents and Siblings |
Parents are welcome; however, because of limited space other children cannot be accommodated. |
Weather | The session will be held rain or shine. |
