*Note: GPS and online directions are incorrect. Please follow directions to Paper Mill Road (Route 72), turn onto Thompson-Station Road, turn left onto Hopkins Road and the first right onto Creek Road to the parking lot by the Nature Center. We will meet by the Display case. **Alternate meeting place ONLY IF first place is closed - Chamber Rock parking lot: turn around go back onto Hopkins Rd, turn left onto Thompson-Station Road, at dead end, turn left at unnamed road and after one lane bridge, turn right into parking area. We will meet by the Tree Swallow houses in the parking lot. Park fee will be in effect.

CostProgram fee of $20.00 per scout - non-refundable
Scouts should bring blue card signed by Scoutmaster to the session. Scouts should read and bring the following to the session: Bird Study Merit Badge pamphlet, 2005 edition, printed copy of the Bird Study workbook with Requirement #8 completed as a pre-requisite, bring the object or picture of your project as proof. Bring a field notebook, pen/pencil, binoculars and pocket bird guide (Birds Golden Guide or Peterson First Guide to Birds of North America are recommended to complete requirement #4.)

ArrivalPlan to arrive 10 minutes early, late arrivals disrupt the workshop.
AttireScouts will be indoors and outdoors, please wear clothing appropriate for the weather. Lunch, snacks, a water bottle, insect repellant and binoculars if desired.
